What is Vitamin C for:

It is used to help growth and good health. It is used to stop or treat vitamin C deficiency. It is used to lower the urines pH.

Take with or without food. Take with food if it causes an upset stomach. Take with a full glass of water. Mix powder with water and drink. There is a liquid (solution) if you cannot swallow pills.
